- Use the site freely to learn about us and get in touch. Don’t attack it or misuse it.
- The site’s text, design and logo are ours. Our open-source packages follow their own licenses.
- The site is provided as is. A project starts only with a separate written agreement.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
About these terms
These terms apply to devwizard.net, run by DevWizard (“we”, “us”), a software development team based in Bangladesh. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, read, share links and contact us. When you use the site, please don’t:
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or the systems behind it.
- Send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form.
- Scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and the DevWizard name and logo on this site belong to us, unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. Please ask before reusing anything more.
Names, logos and trademarks of other companies and projects belong to their owners and appear here only to describe our work or the tools we use.
Open-source packages
Our open-source packages are not covered by these terms. Each one is governed by its own license, published in its repository. That license sets what you can do with the code and any warranty or liability terms.
Project work
Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or commit either side to anything. Scopes, plans and examples on this site describe how we work in general. They aren’t offers.
Every project or retainer is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that its content is complete or current. Figures such as stars and downloads are pulled from public sources at build time and may lag behind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Links to other sites
The site links to sites we don’t control, such as GitHub, package registries and client products. We aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you visit them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
